Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, analyse, and validate business requirements
- Translate business needs into process and operational requirements
- Analyse existing processes to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of implemented changes
- Develop, maintain, and improve knowledge management systems and documentation repositories
- Create best-practice procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
- Promote consistent use of knowledge management tools
- Ensure knowledge content remains accurate and current
- Develop and maintain quality programs to identify skills, knowledge, and process gaps
- Conduct regular quality reviews and audits
- Provide recommendations and corrective actions to improve service quality
- Support training and communication activities for new or updated processes
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities
