Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process insurance claims from initiation through to resolution
- Investigate claims thoroughly, gathering documentation and maintaining accurate records in the Claims Register
- Partner with Finance, Security, and Group Insurance teams to support reporting and analysis
- Assess claims for validity and coverage, and negotiate outcomes where appropriate
- Support legal processes, including investigations and preparation for potential litigation
- Deliver training and guidance to internal teams to enhance claims handling capability
- Assist with monthly provisioning and end-of-month reporting requirements
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve processes and reduce claim costs
- Provide a high standard of service to both internal stakeholders and external partners
