Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance and efficiency across Road Metro and Linehaul operations.
- Deliver deep insights into fleet utilisation, linehaul efficiency, depot productivity and network cost performance.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance review processes across a complex, multi-site portfolio.
- Develop robust financial models, business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Analyse key operational drivers including route efficiency, labour productivity and service performance.
- Identify risks, opportunities and cost optimisation initiatives across transport and network operations.
- Influence decision-making through clear, data-driven reporting and commercial insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Network Planning, Pricing and FP&A teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting and analytical capability.
