Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation-wide roll-out of IAM capabilities aligned to TAL’s cyber strategy
- Strengthen TAL’s IAM roadmap to stay ahead of evolving threats and business change

- Integrate PAM services with identity sources and enterprise systems to enable seamless control
- Embed security, compliance and architectural alignment through robust design assurance
- Provide audit-ready evidence and reporting that demonstrates effective access controls
