Key Responsibilities
- Deliver value-led analysis by translating business and customer needs into clear, actionable solutions across the Investments and Super Platform.
- Improve customer and commercial outcomes by identifying and driving process and system enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Product and Operations to shape solutions that meet shared client and business objectives.
- Enable successful change by supporting end-to-end delivery, from requirements through testing, implementation and post-release review.
- Support platform reliability and adoption by assisting with deployments, incidents and operational issues impacting clients and users.
