Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract and select high-quality talent to support T2's talent strategy
  • •Provide compliant coaching and HR advice on performance and engagement
  • •Manage end to end employee relations cases
  • •Support leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams aligned to strategy
  • •Interpret and apply General Retail Award and other industrial instruments to identify compliance risks
  • •Partner with leaders to embed a strong safety culture and WHS compliance
  • •Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and best practice outcomes
  • •Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, policies, and reporting
  • •Support HRIS maintenance, improvements, and training
  • •Contribute to HR projects, systems enhancements, and initiatives
  • •Lead the performance review cycle and recognition programs
  • •Support the Learning team in building and strengthening organisational capability
  • •Contribute to HR metrics and monthly reporting (HR scorecard)
  • •Ensure data integrity across HR systems
  • •Support inclusive employment strategies and diversity initiatives
  • •Collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders to deliver outcome
