Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of early-stage, later-phase, and/or lower-value companies from lead generation through qualification.
- Leverage AI-driven platforms, digital tools, and automation to scale outreach and optimize targeting.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients for clinical research services.
- Generate, assess, and prioritize sales leads.
- Conduct account research to inform engagement strategies.
- Contact prospective customers to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and implement sales process and proposal development.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with Account Development managers, Inside Sales Leadership, and Regional Business Development directors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
