Key Responsibilities
- Serve as senior trusted first-line risk advisor to APAC Investment Services leadership.
- Oversee regulatory risks across a large portfolio of APAC jurisdictions.
- Partner with lines of defense and enterprise risk teams to execute thematic control assessments.
- Lead and facilitate risk discussions across governance forums and executive engagements.
- Review and challenge risk reporting, KRIs, emerging risks, and breach materials.
- Lead execution of RCSA workshops and control effectiveness assessments.
- Act as escalation point for control testing exceptions and facilitate root-cause analysis.
- Provide proactive risk input into strategic initiatives, new products, and client arrangements.
- Partner with change and transformation programs to embed risk considerations.
- Support incident and issues response and remediation management.
- Build strong partnerships within business risk management and second/third-line teams.
