Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CAAR and unit dealing services for clients across a variety of complex portfolio types, with a strong focus on risk mitigation
- Critically assess current and future state operations, make recommendations for improvements and drive change
- Analyze and document business requirements in coordination with management team, clients, IT, and systems vendor
- Maintain effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, acting as an escalation point
- Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and controls
- Manage, train and develop staff, manage employee performance, complete performance reviews timely, and handle employee relations issues
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, participate in individual on-going training and development
- Make effective recommendations to hire, discipline, control work and terminate employment
- Make effective recommendations for promotions, salary increases and bonuses
