Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of solution and architecture design through both the sales and implementation process.
- Capture and document business requirements from clients, product management teams, implementation and operations teams, and third-party vendors.
- Document and/or diagram system and process flows.
- Ensure client requirements fall within agreed offering or flag for change control.
- Support implementation programs to identify and solution deliverables.
- Establish framework for identifying non-standard requirements and driving solutions.
- Ensure client sign-off is obtained and tracked for all requirements.
- Contribute to delivery across functional areas.
- Work across end-to-end lifecycle bringing relevant teams and stakeholders together.
- Support build out of a Solution Architecture team in APAC.
