Key Responsibilities
- Act as a senior, trusted client partner, managing relationships, communication, and client sentiment throughout solution design and delivery
- Consult with Clients to understand their strategy, business objectives, operating model needs and challenges
- Provide subject matter expertise and industry experience to lead Alpha solution discussions
- Capture the current end to end model of the client, and articulate future Alpha value proposition
- Solution complex operating models based on detailed understanding of client scope, requirements and goals
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Translate requirements into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Business Solution Documents
- Work with teams across State Street to drive strategic alignment and identify challenges in operating model design
- Influence internal best practice on the approach to operating model design
- Grow your individual knowledge of Alpha and the broader State Street solution set
- Provide support for Request for Information / Proposals and client presentations
- Ensure solutions align to Alpha product principles, long‑term standards, and scalability objectives
- Apply strong emotional intelligence to manage escalations, resolve tensions, and maintain momentum
