- Deliver exceptional account management for alumina customers

- Conduct regular customer reviews
- Monthly reporting
- Manage pricing and budgets
- Initiate and conduct return on investment projects
- Implement customer management and service plan

- Perform chemical usage monitoring
- Handle dosing equipment adjustments and mechanical repairs
