Key Responsibilities
- Upload member events details to Soho House’s online platform, manage RSVPs and waitlists
- Prepare detailed and clear function sheets for every member event
- Ensure that event rooms are set up (AV, F&B requirements, RSVPs, guest list, etc)
- Assist Member Events Manager to organize and update event contracts, invoices and partner details
- Assist the Member Events Manager in compiling member event information for next month’s calendar
- Cover and host member events to ensure events run smoothly and obtain member feedback
- Support with requesting marketing collateral
- Propose creative event programming ideas to manager across art, fashion, entertainment, music, film, culinary and tech verticals
