Key Responsibilities

  • •Upload member events details to Soho House’s online platform, manage RSVPs and waitlists
  • •Prepare detailed and clear function sheets for every member event
  • •Ensure that event rooms are set up (AV, F&B requirements, RSVPs, guest list, etc)
  • •Assist Member Events Manager to organize and update event contracts, invoices and partner details
  • •Assist the Member Events Manager in compiling member event information for next month’s calendar
  • •Cover and host member events to ensure events run smoothly and obtain member feedback
  • •Support with requesting marketing collateral
  • •Propose creative event programming ideas to manager across art, fashion, entertainment, music, film, culinary and tech verticals
