Key Responsibilities
- Lead client project teams, acting as project manager
- Provide technical support to junior colleagues
- Manage commercial risk and act as day-to-day client contact
- Act as client relationship manager, understanding client needs
- Support development and growth of junior colleagues with line management
- Lead new business generation through proposals and pitches
- Gather data using interviews, surveys, focus groups, data requests
- Model and build scenarios
