- Managing the delivery of planning approvals of varying levels of complexity
- Delivering planning analysis and research via a commercially astute lens
- Leading and working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across various sectors
- Developing, facilitating and enhancing effective relationships with clients and internal SLR team members
- Working closely with the team lead to drive team and company growth
- Conducting thorough technical reviews and mentoring / development of junior staff
- Liaising with clients, councils, consultants & other government agencies
- Using expertise to work across multi-disciplinary projects within a consulting environment
- Business development and high-level client relationship management
