Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Simpro's design system and component library
- Define UX guidelines, principles, and governance frameworks
- Lead user research initiatives including usability testing and discovery interviews
- Partner with product and engineering on complex cross-product features
- Prototype and validate new concepts quickly
- Coach and mentor designers on best practices
- Take concepts from wireframe to production-ready design and into code when needed
