Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality code on mobile platform (Ionic, Capacitor, Angular) shipping multiple times per week
- Take full ownership of features from problem statement to production
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, Copilot) as core part of daily workflow
- Work in small autonomous pods of 1-2 engineers
- Participate in peer code reviews
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks
- Work within Fast Agile environment blending sprints and Kanban
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers
