Key Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Manager in maintaining and strengthening risk management frameworks for SPN, SSPF and SNPS
- Execute the Integrated Risk Management Process (RCSA, dashboards, MI) for SPN, SNPS and SSPF
- Perform annual review and continuous improvement of Control Frameworks
- Execute and support Annual Planning and Budgeting cycle for SPN, SSPF and SNPS
- Lead and support the Annual Report process for all entities
- Oversee investment accounting and investment reporting processes
- Ensure accurate, timely and complete regulatory reporting to Dutch Central Bank (DNB)
- Prepare SPN Business Assurance Committee meetings
- Support SSPF and SNPS board meetings
- Maintain governance documentation
- Ensure governance, control and risk frameworks remain aligned with best practices and regulations
- Provide pension-specific controller expertise to Group Pensions initiatives
- Represent SPN in relevant accounting working groups
- Maintain close relationships with service providers and external stakeholders
- Act as governance, risk and control ambassador
- Manage assurance and risk impacts of change processes including Wtp transition
