Key Responsibilities
- Drive weekly and monthly supply planning cycles for retail products
- Compile and consolidate supply attainment data across all manufacturing sites
- Prepare, manage and present reports that feed into integrated business planning forums
- Lead and support IBP meetings, highlighting risks, constraints and improvement opportunities
- Escalate supply issues (e.g. shortages, capacity challenges) to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of planning processes across the network
- Support cross‑functional collaboration between supply, operations and commercial teams
