Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the upload and validation of historical training records into Workday Learning
- Support data preparation activities including cleansing, formatting and file management
- Follow defined processes to verify data accuracy and escalate discrepancies
- Provide first-level support to users on Workday Learning processes and navigation
- Reinforce standard ways of working to support consistent system adoption
- Assist in maintaining simple user guides and support materials
- Run reports and provide visibility on training activity and record status
- Support training coordination activities where required
