Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop branch employees in line with the Sandvik Way and Leadership Model
- Drive engagement, capability development, succession planning and continuous improvement
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability across the branch
- Lead and execute Aftermarket strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability
- Partner with Sales teams to align customer strategies, incorporate feedback and support solution delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing operational and technical issues collaboratively
- Deliver accurate financial reporting across revenue, labour utilisation, cost control and forecasting
- Monitor performance against KPIs and proactively address deviations from budget or plan
- Support warranty compliance and contribute to robust business cases for major projects
- Partner with Technical Managers to plan and deliver technical training
- Maintain accountability for technical competence across the Mechanical Cutting Aftermarket team
- Support apprentice development and structured technical training programs
