Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product testing including installation, component, pull and tension tests.
- Maintain liaison with customers in each allocated territory.
- Liaise with customer Technical Staff and Purchasing/Stores Personnel.
- Work with customers to improve and add value to their business.
- Ensure company products perform to customer satisfaction.
- Assist Regional Sales Manager in preparing annual sales and cost budget.
- Recognize and encourage new product development opportunities.
- Provide monthly reports on regional activities and performance.
- Visit underground mine sites regularly.
- Ensure mine site medicals and inductions are up to date.
