Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product testing on a regular basis, including installation, component, pull and tension tests.
- Maintain optimum liaison with customers in each allocated territory.
- Liaise with Technical Staff of customers to monitor any changes in attitude or requirements.
- Liaise with Purchasing/Stores Personnel to monitor demand fluctuations.
- Work closely with customers to continually improve and add value to their business.
- Ensure that company products are performing to the satisfaction of customers.
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the preparation of annual sales and cost budget for regional operations.
- Recognize and encourage new product development opportunities, ensure customers are aware of full product range.
- Provide monthly reports on regional activities and performance to budget to Regional Sales Manager.
- Ensure all relevant mine site medicals and inductions are up to date at all times.
