- Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform
- Build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and decision makers
- Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
- Partner with internal teams to drive additional value and share expertise
- Account tiering, POV mapping & industry mapping
- Use multiple channels to reach out to sales opportunities
- Manage and overcome objections
- Research and understand customer personas and industries
- Manage a large volume of accounts and prioritize appropriately
- Balance competing priorities and timelines
