Key Responsibilities
- Lead Account Executives responsible for ESMB specialist customers
- Drive sales growth within Salesforce’s largest customers across the customer vertical
- Define strategies for growing revenue, identifying enterprise-wide opportunities
- Call on all levels of the C-Suite and lead relationships with senior executives
- Meet and exceed sales goals for the region/vertical
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding customer base
- Provide input and guidance to Partner Management, Pre-Sales, and Marketing
- Define and implement sales plans and strategies for enterprise accounts
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports
- Ensure internal processes are followed including team adherence to CRM system
