Key Responsibilities

•Architecting Autonomy: Design and validate complex, end-to-end agentic architectures that leverage the synergy between Predictive (ML), Generative (LLMs), and Agentic (Action-oriented) AI.
•Trusted Advisor: Act as a technical consultant to CIO/CDO/CISO personas, guiding them through AI/Data strategy, interoperability, and the 'Trust Layer' requirements for enterprise AI.
•Hands-on Validation: Lead and execute high-impact Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and 'Agentforce Workshops,' translating complex customer requirements into working prototypes in customer sandboxes.
•Data Strategy Mastery: Own the technical design of Data Cloud as the foundational layer for AI, integrating with enterprise systems like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery using Zero-ETL and real-time patterns.
•Deal Strategy: Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to shape technical close strategies grounded in architectural feasibility for emerging AI capabilities.
•Thought Leadership: Produce high-fidelity technical assets—architecture diagrams, reference models, and demos—to enable the broader Salesforce community on the latest AI trends.
•Product Influence: Collaborate closely with Salesforce Product & Engineering to provide 'Voice of the Customer' feedback, influencing the roadmap for Agentforce and Data Cloud.
