Key Responsibilities
- Act as solution architecture lead for complex Tridion Docs implementations
- Assist with pre-sale activity to shape proposals and build credibility
- Lead customer discovery to understand business problems, goals, and constraints
- Shape and define business and functional requirements with stakeholders
- Design end-to-end solution architecture and document clearly
- Provide architectural oversight across delivery teams
- Create and deliver training
- Support Project Management and Leadership teams in escalations
- Act as the 'voice of the customer'
- Develop trusted relationship with key stakeholders
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple explanations
- Ensure solutions are pragmatic and scalable
- Support customers through change and adoption
