Key Responsibilities

•Deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, and budget – managing scope definition, changes, and priorities from initiation through to implementation
•Lead and motivate project teams across the full project lifecycle, including both on-site and distributed team members
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project deliverables
•Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across client and internal teams
•Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
•Produce and maintain all required project documentation and reporting artefacts
•Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
•Present clear and accurate project status updates to stakeholders at all levels
•Support clients during production phases, including post-implementation activities where required
•Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Project Management Office (PMO), including processes, governance, tools, and best practices
•Support the implementation of project delivery standards, reporting frameworks, and governance structures
