Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all phone calls are answered professionally

  • •Ensure Reception area is kept tidy
  • •Maintain bookings for meeting rooms and resources
  • •Order catering for meetings from suppliers
  • •Organise couriers as requested
  • •Sort incoming and outgoing mail
  • •Issuing of visitor passes
  • •Updating document lists
  • •Maintaining stock levels
  • •Provide general administrative support including data entry
