Key Responsibilities
- Correctly transfer phone calls throughout the office
- Ensure all phone calls are answered professionally
- Accurately take and deliver messages within the office
- Meet and greet visitors to Reception
- Email phone messages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure Reception area is kept tidy
- Maintain bookings for meeting rooms and resources
- Order catering for meetings from suppliers
- Organise couriers as requested
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail
- Issuing of visitor passes
- Updating document lists
- Maintaining stock levels
- Provide general administrative support including data entry
- Liaising with financial institutions as required
