Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business to identify learning, capability and development needs
- Design, implement, and evaluate L&D programs aligned with strategic goals
- Measure and report on effectiveness of interventions
- Design and facilitate internal sessions, programs and e-learning
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (Workday, LMS)
- Mentor and support team members
- SME on contemporary adult learning methodologies
- Advise on capability framework, competency reviews and P&C Strategy
