Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute firm-wide growth strategy to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth.
  • •Oversee sector and service growth plans across rural, regional, metro, and international markets.
  • •Design and own national sales enablement strategy, frameworks, and toolsets.
  • •Establish disciplined pursuits program for strategic opportunities, including coaching.
  • •Own national bids and tenders strategy and operating model.
  • •Lead client retention and growth programs, including key client programs and account planning.
  • •Provide oversight of national sales pipelines and performance management.
  • •Own sales technology stack and data strategy.
  • •Shape and influence BD culture and capability across the firm.
  • •Lead and develop Clients & Growth/BD team.
