Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute firm-wide growth strategy to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth.
- Oversee sector and service growth plans across rural, regional, metro, and international markets.
- Design and own national sales enablement strategy, frameworks, and toolsets.
- Establish disciplined pursuits program for strategic opportunities, including coaching.
- Own national bids and tenders strategy and operating model.
- Lead client retention and growth programs, including key client programs and account planning.
- Provide oversight of national sales pipelines and performance management.
- Own sales technology stack and data strategy.
- Shape and influence BD culture and capability across the firm.
- Lead and develop Clients & Growth/BD team.
