Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors on site
- Provide general administrative support
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and support Territory Manager directives
- Support GSM team with Microsoft 365 platforms including Salesforce, OneNote, Teams
- Maintain SAP/Salesforce CRM databases including dashboards and data cleanses
- Coordinate local service vendors and site operations such as reception, cleaning, security
- Track stock and purchase items for staff and facilities
- Observe OHS/ISO requirements and support Fire Warden role
