Key Responsibilities
- S&OP Process Leadership

- Lead the end-to-end monthly S&OP process for EMEA OEM, ensuring disciplined execution, data accuracy
- Design, facilitate, and improve Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive S&OP forums
- Ensure understanding between commercial plans, supply capabilities, inventory targets, and financial commitments
- Coordinate the monthly Sales, Customers and Operations process to establish an agreed agreement forecast
- Translate demand signals into a single, executable supply plan, balancing service, inventory, and capacity
- Identify gaps between demand and supply and lead resolution through scenarios, trade-offs, and leadership decisions
- Work with operations, and materials teams to measure available capacity versus demand load and assess constraints across manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics
- Allow plant loading and capacity use
- Establish and maintain appropriate inventory targets, balancing service levels and working capital
- Manage S&OP outputs into inventory forecasts, supply plans, and lead-time expectations
- Identify risks related to demand volatility, capacity constraints, supply disruptions, or policy/trade impacts
- Develop and present scenario-based options (service, cost, inventory, and revenue impact) to allow informed leadership decisions
- Track plan performance and implement improvement actions to reduce unplanned expediting, shortages, and excess inventory
- Track, analyse, and report S&OP performance metrics, including plan adherence, service level, inventory position, and demand/supply agreement
- Improve continuous improvement projects to enhance planning accuracy, and execution reliability
- Maintain agreed lead times and planning parameters according to the S&OP plan
- Partner with Sales and Commercial Leadership, Manufacturing & Operations, Logistics, Customer Care, Master Production Schedulers and Factored Planners, Finance, Global Planning, Regional CRM's
