Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full RFI-to-contract-signature process
- Manage and coach a team of 2 Bid & Quote specialists
- Allocate resources across concurrent bids
- Own the commercial and legal toolkit: Price sheets, NDAs, Purchase Agreements
- Serve as internal Sales Legal point of contact
- Supervise external law firm partner
- Partner with Account Management, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement of bid processes, tooling, and templates
