Key Responsibilities

•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
•Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
•Project Execution Oversight: Manage research, development, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure successful project completion.
•Project Documentation: Standardise and maintain critical project documentation (FAT, SAT, risk registers, status reports, etc.) and ensure all technical ‘as-built’ information is accurate and complete before handover.
•Budget and Resource Management: Create and manage budget estimates while ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
•Regulatory and Quality Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to all relevant regulations and quality standards.
•Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
•Product Launch Leadership: Oversee launch activities, including coordinating marketing and sales support efforts.
•Post-Launch Performance Monitoring: Analyse performance data post-launch and identify opportunities for improvement.
