Key Responsibilities

•Deliver excellent service quality meeting customer needs
•Follow defined interventions and repair flows
•Keep work environment and equipment in good condition
•Ensure efficient and accurate technical evaluations and quotations
•Prioritize on guarantee, quality, repair returns and complaints
•Highlight problems and delay reasons to technical manager
•Ensure all excess and spare parts are being returned for exchange or destruction
•Ensure impeccable cleanliness of all workshop facilities, areas, tools & equipments
•Check if spare part kits is complete and if replenishment is required
•Motivate staff positively and explain benefits of the work
•Plan work schedule and coach staff skill
•Report discrepancy to technical manager and take corrective actions
•Study complaint cases with technical manager and customer service manager
•Provide support in fulfill customer request and instant arrangement
•Support to build watch legitimacy
•Watchmaking classes for End Clients, Press
•Develop watch training for sales staff
•Establish and maintain relations with Social Influencers related to Watches
•Support brand at international events (SIHH etc.)
