Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Customer Rebates process
- Review stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with operational teams
- Act as the primary contact for inventory queries across our Branch Network
- Prepare Product Sales Mix reports for our European head office and follow up on enquiries
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly reconciliations
- Support both internal and external audit processes
- Analyse and resolve variances between our two ERP systems
- Assist with the annual branch budgeting cycle
- Provide analytical support and other duties as requested by the Margin team
