Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical roadmap for DMS such as SharePoint, Teams, and O365.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and requirements.
- Work with Legal/Privacy/Security to ensure compliance policies are configured and maintained.
- Integrate E5 licensing capabilities within Azure and design workflows and automations.
- Drive strategy for unstructured data sets and document lifecycle management.
- Deliver playbooks and governance guidance for content creators and business teams.
- Prioritize initiatives and communicate progress with future state in mind.
- Build and provide technical guidance to team for product enhancements.
- Work with adoption team to understand impact and adoption material needed.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of document management systems.
- Mentor global team of technical experts fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices and support training initiatives.
