Key Responsibilities

• •Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored sleep solutions
• •Achieve sales targets by recommending products and services that genuinely improve sleep quality
• •Maintain high store standards including visual merchandising, stock control and overall clinic presentation
• •Build product knowledge by completing training and staying up-to-date with ResMed's solutions
• •Follow up with customers to check progress, build relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction
• •Handle POS transactions, cash management and general administrative tasks accurately
• •Maintain, check and manage trial equipment for customer use
