Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries in-store and over the phone
- Investigate and help customers problem-solve therapy and equipment issues
- Provide set-up, ongoing support and education to ensure therapy compliance
- Fit customers for masks and recommend suitable options
- Educate customers on safe and effective use of medical equipment
- Drive sales of new or additional services, including phone-based follow-ups
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the retail store and displays
- Process payments, manage cash float and complete banking duties
- Manage trial and sales stock, including inventory control and re-ordering
