Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via telephone, email, chat or social media to check therapy status, adherence information, or order equipment/supplies.
- Handle customer orders for medical supplies and equipment.
- Create and maintain client account records.
- Track deadlines and manage tasks in web based tools.
- Support cross functional teams and develop positive customer relations.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet service sales goals.
- Document technical and customer-reported problems in ticketing system.
- Provide metrics to management team as required.
