•Continuously assess and optimise the use of physical workspace
•Develop and manage a suite of workplace analytics, delivering insights to a diverse range of stakeholders
•Deliver workplace analytics across multiple sites, providing insights into occupancy, utilisation, and attendance patterns
•Coordinate, produce and maintain quarterly Workplace KPIs
•Identify opportunities to standardise, automate and streamline reporting and analytical processes
•Provide strategic input by supporting workplace initiatives through scenario modelling, insight generation, and evidence-based recommendations
•Maintain strong risk, compliance, and privacy awareness, ensuring data usage, AI adoption, and reporting practices align with organisational standards and controls
