Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate test strategies and plans
- Manage test frameworks and plans by defining or advising on approach, structure, process, roadmaps, tools
- Lead, guide and develop a team of testers to achieve agreed outcomes, including setting goals, prioritising work, coaching, mentoring and motivating individuals, managing their performance
- Investigate industry developments in testing and assess their application to the Bank
- Execute testing and coordinate with other sections within Banking Department, other departments, customers, industry and vendors to test changes to Banking's systems
- Manage the development and maintenance of testing-related documentation and promote good knowledge management practices
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture within the project and testing community
