Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end release lifecycle for CoreMod changes from planning through deployment and post-implementation review
•Lead and continuously improve the Bank's CoreMod Release Management operating model applying ITIL principles pragmatically
•Drive measurable improvements in approval timelines, throughput, and release predictability
•Design and embed fit-for-purpose release and change workflows balancing delivery speed with governance and audit needs
•Identify and eliminate process friction, rework, and unnecessary approvals
•Maintain forward release schedules aligned to program and Bank priorities
•Manage the release pipeline, proactively resolving conflicts and dependencies
•Lead release readiness, cutover planning, back-out strategies, and operational handover
•Ensure all changes meet RBA Change, Risk, Security, and Compliance requirements
•Provide clear, timely communication on release status, risks, and decisions
•Escalate issues with well-considered options and recommendations
•Provide leadership and mentoring within the CoreMod Release Team
