Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert services in network management, troubleshooting and improvements
- Apply DevOps principles and drive automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform
- Undertake provisioning, maintenance, security hardening, capacity planning and performance testing of network infrastructure
- Participate in 2nd line IT incident and security response for network infrastructure
- Improve, harden, test, implement, monitor, and tune networking software/hardware
- Manage analysis of network traffic data and provide recommendations on performance and security improvements
- Undertake acceptance tests and commission communications systems and equipment
- Work with cyber security team to improve protections and remediate vulnerabilities
