Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish strong practices, processes and behaviours for team members to evolve into high performing teams.
  • •Provide practical, hands-on training and guidance to team members less experienced in the use of Agile.
  • •Facilitate ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning, showcases, retrospectives, etc.
  • •Assist the Product Owners in prioritising and maintaining the product backlog.
  • •Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution within the team and with stakeholders external to the Scrum team.
  • •Maintain relevant metrics to monitor, control, manage and report progress and forecasts.
  • •Identify and promote best practice and standards in Agile in conjunction with the Project Management Framework adopted by the Bank.
  • •Collaborate with the Leadership team to oversee and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with organisational governance frameworks.
  • •Identify, document, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
  • •Track action items, including ownership and due dates, to ensure progress and accountability across all deliverables.
  • •Engage and coordinate with senior leadership, steering committees, and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Consolidate and manage inputs from multiple teams and contributors to ensure cohesive delivery outcomes.
  • •Take accountability for implementation phases, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and any delays are mitigated and escalated appropriately.
