Key Responsibilities

• •Establish strong practices, processes and behaviours for team members to evolve into high performing teams.
• •Provide practical, hands-on training and guidance to team members less experienced in the use of Agile.
• •Facilitate ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning, showcases, retrospectives.
• •Assist the Product Owners in prioritising and maintaining product backlogs.
• •Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution within the team and with stakeholders external to the Scrum team.
• •Maintain relevant metrics to monitor, control, manage and report progress and forecasts.
• •Identify and promote best practice and standards in Agile in conjunction with the Project Management Framework adopted by the Bank.
