Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business owners, SMEs and technical teams to elicit, interpret and document business requirements.
- Lead the identification and mapping of end‑to‑end business processes and operating workflows.
- Timely identification and escalation of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
- Informal coaching and development of more junior BAs and assist to drive BA capability uplift.
- Assist the Delivery Manager and Product Owner to manage and prioritise the backlog.
- Support and help drive agile ceremonies including Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Prioritisation, and Sprint Planning.
- Translate and communicate business, strategic and technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate within an Agile cross‑functional team environment, including undertaking responsibilities outside the primary discipline as required.
- Actively champion continuous improvement practices to drive efficient delivery of high‑quality solutions.
