Key Responsibilities
- Organisation and scheduling of regular field service activities in Hygiene Team
- Ensuring all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames
- Organise installations and jobs for completion within divisional time frames
- Respond to customer enquiries/complaints on service and arrange necessary non-routine service calls
- Deal with all paperwork and administration related to service activities
- Ensure all daily routines completed by technicians are recorded in accordance with divisional requirements
- Provide ongoing reports requested by management
- Maintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframes
