Key Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from Builders, Concreters etc.
- Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
- Scheduling pre-construction pest installations for customers
- Generating Form 12's, Form 43's and Certificates of Installation for completed works
- Checking payments and sending customers their relevant documents for certification
- Liaising with your fellow colleagues
- Meeting calls and internal sales targets
- Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance
